Refund policy

Shipping:

  • Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $75 and over! Shipping for orders under $175 is based on standard USPS rates. You can choose your rates at check out. 
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days due to high order volume.
  • Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Charleston, South Carolina

Returns:

  • You have 10 days after purchase date to return for store credit.
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.

                      Instructions for Return:

                      • You can start the return process by clicking on "Return Your Order" on the Footer menu of the site.
                      • Order number is case sensitive (order number always starts with CR)
                      • Your order number and email is required to submit the return.
                      • After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that the prepaid label must be used within 3 business days or it will expire.
